These Terms govern your use of the NutriĀu mobile application (the “App”), provided by CeylonApz (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) Accounts & Sign-In

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account.
Google Sign-In is provided by Google under its own terms.

2) Health Disclaimer

NutriĀu provides nutrition suggestions for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not replace professional diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns, allergies, or dietary changes.

3) User Content & Acceptable Use

You may input preferences, allergies, and wellness information you choose to share.
Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content; do not attempt to misuse or disrupt the App.

4) External Links

The App may link to third-party sites or apps (e.g., ordering or information services). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

5) Intellectual Property

NutriĀu, including its logos, UI, and content, is owned by CeylonApz or its licensors and protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6) AI-Generated Suggestions

Meal ideas and tips may be generated algorithmically and can be incomplete or inaccurate. Always check ingredients for allergens and suitability.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for operational/security reasons. You may stop using the App at any time; uninstalling removes local data stored by the App.

8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. CeylonApz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

9) Changes to the App or Terms

We may modify the App or these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll notify you where required by law. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
